Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Sioux Falls area. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting branch operations.

You’ll develop skills in sales, customer service, finance, and operations, with mentoring and a culture of promotion from within. The program leads to a management path with opportunities across our mobility solutions network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near completion; must be conferred to start
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or in future
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, athletics leadership, or other leadership roles

Responsibilities

• As MT, start learning the business day one at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations
• Learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
• Receive guidance and mentoring while engaging with the community and building relationships
