Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Grand Forks, ND. You will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

In a structured program, you will eventually run your own branch, grow the team, and build new business. Expect mentorship, community involvement, and a focus on customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Work within a structured program to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring and guidance in a hands-on learning environment, plus community engagement.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customers.
