Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. The MT will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

You will be based at a neighborhood branch and receive guidance, mentoring, and support to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Not interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn business operations and develop skills to run a future branch.
• Provide customer service, sales and operations support.
