Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Dickinson, ND. You will start at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while learning operations and sales, with a path toward managing your own Enterprise branch.

You will receive mentoring and community relationship-building opportunities, training in customer service, finance, and marketing, and a culture focused on growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Start in the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• In the structured program, learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and build community relationships.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations with a customer-first culture.
