Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Williston, North Dakota. As an MT, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting operations, sales, and service goals.

This program is designed to develop future branch leaders through mentoring and hands-on experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license with clean driving record, US work authorization, and being at

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
Support operations, sales and service objectives in the Management Training program.
Develop skills to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
