Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Greensboro, NC. The MT will learn sales, customer service, and operations with the goal of eventually running a branch.

Compensation targets $50,025 in the first year with a 47-hour work week, plus a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. A clear career path from within is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management experience.
• Available to work an average of 47 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Help run day-to-day operations at the branch.
• Learn the business from day one and develop skills to run your own branch.
