Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record within last 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one in the Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
• Learn to manage customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations with a path toward running your own location.
