Job summary

ATEC Spine, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations and Support to drive analytics, forecasting and reporting for a global sales force. You will coordinate cross-functional planning with senior leadership and field teams, develop long-term sales strategy, and manage systems such as SAP, Power BI and Salesforce.

Travel 10–25% is required. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, leading monthly/quarterly reviews, and building insightful metrics to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership abilities and strong organization, interpersonal, communication analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and align planning across Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
• Develop and implement long-term sales strategy and 3-year plans.
• Lead annual business plan process with Business Units and Reps, including templates and targets.
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly field communications.
• Create and refine presentations, PowerPoint slides and data analytics.
• Aggregate materials for meetings and reports, delivering timely, clearly formatted data packages.
• Support Sales EVP, Leadership Team, Direct Sales Reps, and ATEC Sales Agents.
• Manage data and reporting across SAP, Power BI and Salesforce.com.
• Assist in planning, execution and training of new systems and processes.
• Create insightful metrics and analysis; drive vertical strategy and engagement with Sales team.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sales Leadership.
• Maintain awareness of company policies and provide guidance as needed.
