Job summary

L.A.B. Golf Company LLC is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales organization’s operational backbone. You will build processes, systems, data governance, and reporting to scale revenue and improve efficiency across Sales Support, International Distributors, and National/Key Accounts.

You’ll own CRM/ERP governance, develop scalable workflows, and partner with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred
• Experience leading crossfunctional projects and coordinating with Finance, Demand Planning and IT
• Experience in consumer products, sporting goods, golf, or retail environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial priorities into clear processes and operating cadences
• Establish sales operating standards, workflows and reporting across multiple accounts and channels
• Own CRM/ERP governance and drive data quality and compliance
• Build dashboards and scorecards for revenue, bookings, shipments, and pipeline
• Oversee order book visibility and manage pricing and nonstandard requests
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production and Customer Experience for on-time delivery
• Support sales planning, territory goals, and scenario analysis
• Lead crossfunctional projects to improve the commercial operating model
