Job summary

Callaway Golf Company seeks a seasoned Sales Operations leader to drive order management and fulfillment excellence across programs and initiatives. You will build and maintain tools for accurate order and financial reporting, and mentor the Sales Operations team to meet targets and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations, Order Management or similar.
Minimum 4 years of Supervisory or Management experience.
Project Management experience preferred.
Customer Service experience preferred.
SAP, Business Objects experience preferred.
Golf industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying and enabling new programs, offerings and fulfillment solutions; define and implement order management processes.
Build tools to support reporting of the order book and financial reporting to identify gaps between targets and plans.
Monitor daily order deliveries; collaborate with Distribution Center and Production Managers on shipping and sales issues.
Coordinate deliveries and shipments to meet customer, sales and company requirements.
Develop and maintain metrics for Sales Operations; document all related activities.
Present and communicate with Sales Team on product allocations and outputs.
Manage and develop the Sales Operations team.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales on commercialization of new/run out products.
Ensure proper SAP/Order Tool setup including pricing and program compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policy and promotional policies.
Provide reporting to SOX/audits; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with IT to code/pricing and support all programs; review orders in SAP.
Develop, implement and train all sales processes for new business needs or special programs.
