Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Manager for our San Diego office (in-office 3 days a week). This role focuses on supporting UAT, managing the Global Sales Operations newsletter, and analytics for quote/booking incidents while driving backlog prioritization and process optimization.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales operations background, excellent communication, and a passion for optimizing procedures with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Quoting processes and tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UAT release cycles and related activities.
• Support UAT prep, kick-off, test scripts, and reviews.
• Participate in UAT testing and defect review coordination.
• Analyze quote/booking incidents and analytics; identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.
• Backlog prioritization for Quote to Order with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with DT and other teams to align priorities.
• Maintain and improve process documentation with enablement team.
