Seasats is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in San Diego, CA to optimize the quote-to-booking process, prepare pricing and quotes, and support the business development team, including remote or traveling colleagues. You will own the CRM and quoting workflows, price configurations, and collaborate with BD and engineering to deliver accurate quotes and timely approvals, while building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, order management, or inside sales.
• Experience working at product/manufacturing/engineering businesses.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs – building workflows and reports.
• Experience building quotes and managing pricing.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.

Responsabilités

• Executing company quote and booking processes.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver quotes and approvals on deadline.
• Ensuring CRM is up to date before weekly pipeline reviews.
• Identifying and implementing quoting and workflow automation (Slack workflows, CRM automation, pricing catalogs) to minimize manual effort.
• Serving as first responder for inbound RFQs from our website and referred leads – qualifying them, understanding their requirements, and developing quotes to meet their specific needs.
• Receiving customer POs and contract documents, routing them for internal review, and confirming terms before booking.
• Building the pricing and cost basis that BD leads use in proposals and capture packages.
