Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator in San Diego to provide admin support for Salesforce, Groove, ZoomInfo, DocuSign and related systems. You will manage tickets, data quality, and cross-functional workflows to keep revenue operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, training new hires on sales tools, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive efficiency and timely deliveries.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience with ongoing training/certifications.
• Experience with Groove or similar sales engagement tools is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide admin support and SME for Salesforce, Groove, ZoomInfo, DocuSign.
• Manage projects and daily tasks, meeting deadlines with stakeholders.
• Support sales engagement, route prospect accounts, and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle daily sales operations tickets and collaborate as needed.
• Monitor data quality with auditing and cleansing to enable insights.
• Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track metrics.
• Train new hires on sales apps and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management to meet goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate product demos.
• Create process docs and training materials; conduct one-on-one training.
• Assist with integrations and implementations lifecycle.
• Evaluate current ops for strategic improvements.
• Provide guidance to internal teams to hit performance targets.
• Maintain clear operations documents.
• Be go-to admin for the team, mentoring others.
