High Camp is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to translate commercial priorities into reliable systems, data, and workflows across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and key accounts. You will act as a partner to the Head of Sales Operations, balancing strategic projects with hands‑on admin and coordination tasks.

The role requires ERP/Shopify experience, strong operational judgment, and the ability to work with vendors, developers, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business systems, or a cross‑functional role.
• Experience supporting business‑software implementations, integrations, migrations, or major workflow changes.
• Ability to translate technical details into business impact for developers, consultants, and vendors.
• Working knowledge of omnichannel order management, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, pricing, and launch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration, integrations, and performance for ERP, Shopify, 3PL platforms, CS tools, marketplaces, and reporting systems.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and data mappings; lead UAT, defect tracking, and release readiness.
• Investigate workflow and data failures and maintain integration maps and SOPs.
• Manage SKU setup, product attributes, pricing, tags, and fulfillment logic across channels.
