Qualifications
- Proven success as a Sales Operations Specialist at GuidePoint Security.
- Ability to take on more responsibility as a Senior SOS.
Responsibilities
- Continue SOS responsibilities for Account Executive including quotes, opportunities, POs.
- Serve as backup point of contact when the Sales Operations Manager is unavailable.
- Manage Regional Sales Coordinators for internal and external communication and customer service.
- Refine and maintain Deal Registration process to maximize gross profit.
- Collaborate with Corporate Vendor Relationship Management on partner program details.
- Assist Regional Management with special projects as needed.
- Conduct 30/60/90 day and annual performance reviews for direct reports.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members on professional growth.
