The Sliding Door Company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in California to lead lead generation and sales support, manage a team, and optimize CRM and pipelines. You will coordinate campaigns, track performance, and drive process improvements in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, lead generation, or inside sales management.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to build scalable processes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar).

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of lead generation and sales support reps.
• Oversee lead research, qualify leads, and maintain pipeline integrity.
• Coordinate follow-up with sales and monitor pipeline progression.
• Plan and execute outbound sales campaigns and campaigns performance.
• Produce regular reports on lead gen, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and visibility.
