Job summary

Calabrio is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on turning sales data into insights, maintaining CRM accuracy, and delivering dashboards and reports to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in data analytics within a SaaS environment, strong Excel and BI tool skills, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Remote US-based role with EST/CT hours. Base pay starts at $75,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years data analytics/finance experience, SaaS preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: update and send weekly/monthly pipeline, bookings and metrics reports to ELT/SLT and board members.
• Sales Performance Analytics: monitor KPIs like pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales cycle length; perform variance/ trend analysis.
• CRM & Data Management: maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot); data audits and governance; manage reporting tools.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: work with marketing on lead quality metrics; partner with finance on revenue reporting; provide insights to leadership.
