Job summary

Builders Insurance Group is seeking a Sales Operations Representative in Atlanta to provide essential support to the Sales team and leadership. You will onboard new users to departmental applications, maintain data, coordinate travel, and help manage marketing initiatives and event execution.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in administrative or support role.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with clear communication.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and role-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onboarding point of contact for departmental applications and provide ongoing data management support.
• Support department managers to ensure efficient planning and communications.
• Assist with profit sharing and distribution processes.
• Coordinate travel for leadership and track travel expenses.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials and promotional items.
• Process invoices and payments while ensuring financial integrity.
• Contribute to event logistics and related materials.
• Coordinate campaigns and digital marketing activities.
• Support licensing for agencies and producers and other duties as assigned.
