Job summary

Builders in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sales Operations Representative to deliver high-quality support to the Sales team and leadership. You will maintain departmental systems, assist with financial operations, coordinate projects, and contribute to marketing initiatives and events.

You will onboard users to applications, support data management, manage travel and expenses, and ensure timely processing of invoices while supporting CRM activities and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or support capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with clear communication to leadership.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task while staying detail oriented.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication; maintains confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for departmental applications and provide ongoing data support.
  • Offer dedicated support to departmental managers to ensure efficient planning and communications.
  • Assist with profit sharing and distribution processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership and oversee related expense management.
  • Compile and manage expense reports and monitor travel expenditures to ensure budget adherence.
  • Procure and maintain marketing materials for sales managers and account managers.
  • Process departmental invoices and payments, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Support creation of marketing and event materials and assist with event logistics.
  • Maintain promotional inventory for timely distribution of materials.
  • Assist with targeted campaigns using digital marketing tools to engage clients and prospects.
  • Produce and distribute agency surveys to gather feedback.
  • Provide support for agency and producer licensing and compliance.
  • Deliver essential support to Sales team and CRM duties.

Position Summary

The Sales Operations Representative plays a key role in advancing the goals of the Sales Operations team by delivering high-quality support to both the Sales team members and leadership within the department. This role involves a wide range of support responsibilities, including maintaining and updating departmental system information, assisting with financial operations, coordinating projects, and contributing to marketing initiatives and event execution.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new users to departmental applications, while providing ongoing support for data management and user maintenance.
  • Deliver dedicated support to departmental managers, helping to ensure the efficient execution of core functions such as planning and communications.
  • Provide comprehensive support in all aspects of profit sharing and distribution processes.
  • Facilitate and oversee travel arrangements for leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal efficiency.
  • Compile and manage expense reports while meticulously tracking overall travel expenditures to maintain budgetary adherence.
  • Procure and maintain marketing materials and promotional items that are essential for sales managers and account managers, ensuring the necessary resources are available for success.
  • Process departmental invoices and payments, maintaining financial integrity and accountability.
  • Participate in the creation of marketing and related event materials.
  • Utilize basic project management skills to coordinate and execute events, meticulously arranging logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain promotional inventory to ensure availability and timely distribution of materials.
  • Execute targeted campaigns, leveraging digital marketing tools to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Produce and distribute agency surveys to gather feedback and insights for continual improvement.
  • Provide support for agency and producer licensing, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Deliver essential support to the Sales team members.
  • Perform CRM support duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • One or more years of experience in an administrative or support capacity
  • Skill in interpersonal interactions, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external contacts; skill in customer service and problem-solving
  • Capacity to work autonomously while ensuring transparent communication with internal leadership
  • Skill in time management, prioritization and project management; ability to multi-task effectively while paying attention to detail
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication with the ability and commitment to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and function specific software applications
