The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, comfortable with large datasets, and experienced in sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and order management activities. This role focuses on data management and reporting rather than building complex financial models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, demand planning, or related analytical role.
• Intermediate Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP.
• Strong data accuracy and ability to manage large spreadsheets.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales, demand, inventory, and order data.
• Extract data from systems and prepare recurring or ad hoc reports.
• Maintain large Excel spreadsheets with data accuracy.
• Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and data management.
• Assist with forecasting and demand planning updates.
• Support inventory and order management by tracking movement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues with teams.
• Monitor product, SKU, order, and shipment information.
• Support administrative projects and reporting requests.
