Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales coordination or order management.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce preferred; willingness to learn other systems.
• Strong Excel skills with data reporting and order information.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts; primary contact for orders.
• Create quotations and process POs in SAP with accurate pricing.
• Monitor backlog, status, aging; resolve holds and delays.
• Maintain data across SAP, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies, returns and post-sale issues.
• Perform routine order audits for accuracy and issue prevention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Production Planning, Engineering.
• Assist with progress payments and basic account reconciliations.
• Identify process gaps; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of new Sales Coordinators.
• Provide backup coverage for secondary accounts.
• Review letters of credit and coordinate revisions when required.
• Support export control and international trade compliance.
• Communicate with customers and internal credit teams.
