Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations and order-processing activities. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure orders are entered accurately, documentation is complete, and customer requirements are processed efficiently.

The candidate should communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of order processing, sales operations, order management, administrative coordination, or similar experience preferred.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with an ERP or order management system is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily order entry and processing for sales, leases, trials, conversions, service, maintenance, training, parts, returns, and other customer-related transactions.
• Review sales orders and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution before orders are processed.
• Enter and maintain orders within the company's order management system.
• Coordinate approved orders for release to the appropriate operational or manufacturing teams.
• Process order changes and updates as needed.
• Maintain accurate order tracking information throughout each stage of processing.
• Prepare and maintain documentation needed for revenue recognition and order completion.
