Brydens Group in San Juan, PR is seeking an Operations/Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the sales support team and streamline end-to-end order processing. You will coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate pricing, on-time delivery, and data integrity in the CRM.

You will mentor the CSR, monitor telemarketing impact, and contribute to revenue forecasting while upholding Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five CSEC/GCE O Level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
• Minimum two years' experience in Administration or a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end processing of product and equipment orders from quotation to delivery.
• Process quotations, delivery notes and invoices per company policy.
• Bridge between sales and internal departments to ensure availability and timely delivery.
• Source quotations and procure non-stock items from local/foreign suppliers.
• Log and forward local purchase invoices and POs to accounts payable.
• Review delivery notes and report status to operations monthly.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and update customer portals with quotations/invoices.
• Support weekly sales pipeline and quotation log to forecast revenue.
• Supervise CSR to optimize order flow and monitor campaign performance.
