Job summary

RYZE, a fast-growing health brands company, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to ensure flawless order flow across retail, ecommerce, and 3PL partners. You will manage EDI communications, optimize po lifecycle, and support inbound shipments and inventory across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.

You will coordinate sampling and special projects, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements while collaborating with finance, demand planning, and sales teams to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EDI experience in live retailer transactions.
• 2+ years in sales operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain in CPG or consumer brands.
• Direct experience supporting retail and distributor accounts (grocery, natural, club, mass, or ecommerce).
• Experience with ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory management on Amazon/Walmart.com.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and reconciling large data sets across multiple systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail; errors can cause major deductions.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with day-to-day order flow.
• Strong written and verbal communication with retail buyers, planners, and 3PL partners.
• Ownership mindset with ability to improve processes continuously.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily EDI order flow; validate pricing and item details and resolve exceptions before entry.
• Manage order lifecycle: 850, 856, 810, 852 where applicable; investigate and fix EDI errors.
• Support inbound shipments, shipment plans, and carrier appointments for ecommerce.
• Monitor inventory health across marketplaces; flag risk and coordinate replenishment with demand planning and 3PL.
• Coordinate kitting, bundling, and repack projects; issue 3PL work orders and track timelines.
• Support sample program: intake requests, manage inventory levels and reorders, ensure timely shipping.
• Work with systems: SPS Commerce, Retail Ready, NetSuite, Extensiv WMS, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart portals.
