RYZE Inc. is a fully remote, global company delivering a science-backed daily wellness ritual.

We seek a Sales Operations Coordinator to ensure purchase orders flow accurately and on time, support ecommerce and retail channels, and manage sample programs and special projects with a can-do mindset. You will liaise with sales, 3PL, and finance to maintain perfect order accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and drive efficiency across NetSuite and marketplace integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EDI experience is mandatory and must be demonstrated in a live retailer environment.
• 2+ years in sales operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain for a consumer brand.
• Experience supporting retail and distributor accounts (grocery, natural, club, mass, or ecommerce).
• Experience in ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory management on Amazon/Walmart.com.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to reconcile large data from incompatible systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is critical and small errors cost deductions.

Responsibilities

• Own daily EDI order flow, validate pricing, item, MOQ, and terms; resolve exceptions.
• Manage full transaction lifecycle: 850, 856, 810, 852 where applicable.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, shipment plans, and carrier appointments.
• Monitor inventory health across marketplaces; flag low stock and coordinate replenishment.
• Coordinate kitting, bundling, and special projects end-to-end; manage sample program.
