Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to connect our sales team with retail partners, 3PLs, and finance. You will ensure every purchase order flows accurately and on time, manage the 850/856/810 lifecycle, and own the daily EDI order flow for our fast-growing brand.

This role requires hands-on EDI experience, 2+ years in sales ops or supply chain, and keen attention to detail. You’ll support ecommerce fulfillment, inventory planning, and special projects like kitting and samples,

Qualifications

• Hands-on EDI experience is mandatory.
• 2+ years in sales operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain at a CPG, food & beverage, or consumer brand.
• Direct experience supporting retail and distributor accounts (grocery, natural, club, mass, or e-commerce).
• Working experience with ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory management on Amazon and/or Walmart.com - including order flow, inbound shipments, and monitoring stock position.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort reconciling large data sets across systems that don’t agree with each other.
• Exceptional attention to detail - this role is judged on accuracy, and small errors can cause five-figure deductions.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while keeping sample and special project requests moving.
• Clear, proactive written communication with retail buyers, replenishment analysts, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to build, maintain and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily EDI order flow: monitor inbound purchase orders, validate against pricing, item, MOQ, and allowance terms, and resolve exceptions before they enter the fulfillment queue.
• Manage full transaction lifecycle: 850 (PO), 856 (advance ship notice), 810 (invoice), 852 (sales data) where applicable.
• Investigate and clear EDI errors, failed transmissions, mapping breaks.
• Ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory management (Amazon and Walmart.com).
• Support inbound shipments, shipment plans, and book carrier appointments.
• Monitor inventory health across marketplaces: sell-through, weeks of cover, inbound pipeline; flag low-stock and coordinate replenishment with demand planning and 3PL.
• Coordinate kitting, bundling and repack projects end-to-end; issue work orders to the 3PL.
• Support sample program; manage sample requests, inventory levels, reorder points, ensure timely shipping.
