Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• Take customer orders and/or change orders when salesmen are unavailable.
• Compile information for the Marketing and Sales quarterly newsletter.
• Maintain home photographs and dealer schematics for retailers.
• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Types, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.
• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies and report issues.
