Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• Take customer orders and/or change orders when Salesmen unavailable.
• Compile information for the quarterly Marketing and Sales Department newsletter.
• Update photographs of homes and new options; maintain Champion websites with series and model information for new dealers.
• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
• Check accounts receivable for past due monies; report problems to Sales Manager.
