Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Leola, PA to support Zone Sales Managers and ensure the success of retailers, communities, builders, and developers. The role requires strong collaboration and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

You will engage in quoting, coordinate with manufacturing, and manage ongoing customer communication through production and delivery, while cultivating relationships across our nationwide network.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team through quoting projects and coordinating with manufacturing teams.
• Manage customer communication throughout production, delivery, service, and warranty.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Complete reporting, auditing, and data management activities with accuracy.
• Assist with special projects related to sales, marketing, process improvement, and customer service.
• Support new product launches and customer communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes within the department.
• Coordinate information between customers, sales team members, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Cross-train with Transportation Coordinator to support logistics and delivery awareness.
