Day to Day:

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for a full time, direct hire opportunity that would work onsite in Albany NY. This individual will be the main contact at the plant for wholesale customers and will be responsible for understanding customer forecast to help the Production Scheduler ensure production is meeting clients need. This Coordinator will be responsible for interacting directly with wholesalers of the product via email and phone to understand needs, update on lead times, and schedule meetings when needed. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for tracking orders, schedule deliveries to retailers, track and report on items being bought/delivered, etc. Ideally, we are seeking someone with previous B2B customer support experience and some manufacturing related experience, but most importantly we are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and is organized. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with an annual salary of $40-55k depending on experience.
