Joe Johnson Equipment (JJE) is seeking a Sales Administrator/Coordinator to support the equipment sales cycle. You will enter and track orders, liaise with manufacturers, and provide quotes under the guidance of the Inside Sales Manager and Outside Sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inside Sales or Sales Admin experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience handling vehicle/equipment registrations and regulatory filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order entry with manufacturers and planning teams.
• Provide timely quotes to Regional Sales Managers for cost sheets.
• Enter and track all new unit sales orders in the system.
• Maintain records of orders, production status, and delivery.
• Use CRM to file documents and track customer and sales history.
• Support cross-department collaboration (Sales, Service, Logistics).
• Prepare sales reports and presentations; assist with project work.
