Job summary

Joe Johnson Equipment (JJE) is seeking a Sales Administrator/Coordinator in Monroe, NC to support the equipment sales cycle. You will enter and process purchase orders, collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales, and track orders end-to-end from entry to delivery.

You will generate quotes, maintain cost sheets, and use CRM to organize customer data and sales history. The role includes regular reporting, administrative support, and occasional extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inside Sales or Sales Administrator experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using a CRM system for tracking leads and orders.
• Experience with tenders is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude or exposure to heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Equipment Manufacturers for order entry and production planning.
• Provide timely quotes to Regional Sales Managers for accurate cost sheets.
• Enter orders for all new unit sales orders.
• Document and track unit sales to monitor production status from order to delivery.
• Use CRM to file documents and track customer and sales history.
• Coordinate between Sales and Service to ensure timely processes.
• Work with Logistics to coordinate Freight as needed.
• Ensure Regional Sales Managers provide required information through the sales process.
• Attend team meetings for status updates and reporting.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and assist with project work.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
