Job summary

JMP USA in Charlotte, NC seeks a detail-oriented Inside/Outside Sales Support to assist day-to-day sales operations and office activities, helping drive orders and customer satisfaction.

You will manage CRM bid board, enter opportunities, prepare submittals, quotes, and warranty certificates, and coordinate with factories to resolve issues and keep projects moving smoothly. This role supports both sales and facilities needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales to enhance the customer experience
• Manage CRM bid board by entering projects and opportunity information and managing document storage
• Be able to assist in any phase of a job in CRM
• Use critical thinking to recognize problems in the flow of a project and engage sales, JMP operations and factories to get a solution
• Engage factories to get information including ship dates, tracking, stock etc.
• Put together submittals, IOMs & warranty certificates for projects
• Quick quotes in CRM
• Maintain customer contacts in CRM
• Use factory websites and online connections to support sales needs
• Coordinate lunch & learns including printing material and ordering catering
• Manage office routine maintenance including cleaning company, pest control & landscaping
• Coordinate special needed services including HVAC & plumbing service and carpet cleaning
