Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Account Management, or IT service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage contract lifecycles (renewals/terminations) and processing SLA credits with hardware/data center vendors.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills; detailed operational delivery logs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate upcoming client server deliveries and handovers with internal Operations teams.
• Ensure bare-metal boxes and cluster nodes are properly prepared, validated, and delivered within target timelines.
• Actively communicate delivery statuses to stakeholders and flag delays or discrepancies.
