Axon Enterprise is seeking a Senior Director of IT Business Solutions & Delivery to own the portfolio that translates Axon’s strategy into reliable technology across sales, finance, and operations.

You will lead the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations, partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering, and drive scalable business solutions with a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, or technology organizations.
• Experience running a portfolio in a complex enterprise with constraint-driven tradeoffs.
• Proven partner to Sales, Finance, and Operations for decisive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and portfolio governance.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning across functions.
• Provide real-time portfolio health visibility to executives.
• Translate strategy into executable technology initiatives for leadership.
• Develop operating model and delivery standards for rapid growth while ensuring reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, testing, and release readiness.
• Establish KPIs to measure portfolio performance and impact.
• Manage and develop managers across three functions and build succession.
