Axcelis Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Support professional to assist field and operations teams in executing sales strategies for Axcelis products, including tools, services, upgrades, parts, and more.

The role focuses on maintaining eQuote offerings, handling eQuote specials, Bills of Materials inquiries, and providing data-driven backorder and margin reporting using Glovia and CRM/CPQ systems. Strong collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales operations and field sales teams.
• Familiarity with Glovia/ERP and CRM/CPQ systems.
• Ability to generate backorder, BOM and margin reports.
• Awareness of ISO procedures and required documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide factory-based sales support to maximize Axcelis’ market share and profitability.
• Support the Sales Operations Team and Field Sales organization in executing their strategies.
• Utilize Sales Operations tools and keep training materials up to date (SRP, eQuote, CRM/CPQ, SharePoint).
• Maintain ISO-compliant documentation and publish backorder/margin reports.
• Enter System orders (pre-shipments, shipments, backorders) in Glovia and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
