Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support sales operations reporting, forecasting, and governance across finance and IT teams. You will help with pipeline analysis, data mapping for PowerBI, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.

The role requires a Master’s degree in finance or related field and 5+ years in a sales-operations or analytics role, with strong Excel and CRM experience. Candidates should be able to work across departments and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field is required.
• 5+ years in sales operations or a financial/business analyst role focused on sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions), Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analysis to support sales operations and forecasting.
• Map and clean data for PowerBI reporting and analytics.
• Participate in market, segment and industry meetings and communications.
• Train staff on PowerBI, Salesforce and data-centric reports.
