Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the Sales Operations & Executive leadership team, delivering reporting and analysis to help drive growth and refine forecasting. You will work across departments to support pipeline health, data integrity, and market insights.

In this role, you will train colleagues on PowerBI and Salesforce, assist with data governance and reporting, and participate in special projects that enable Riveron to scale its sales operations and analytics

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years in sales operations or a sales analytics role.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pipeline reporting, analysis and forecasting support for the sales org.
• Support data governance and data integrity between Salesforce and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Marketing and Leadership on reporting needs.
• Train teams on PowerBI, Salesforce and data-centric reports.
