ProComp is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Assistant to support our Sales team. This entry-level, on-site role is focused on helping Account Executives and Sales Representatives run an efficient sales process — handling order processing, quote preparation, CRM upkeep, customer follow-up, and scheduling.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• 0–2 years in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Process and track customer orders and quotes accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and update CRM records for customers and opportunities.
• Follow up on order status, quotes, and inquiries with customers.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for sales staff.
• Prepare sales materials and reports to support the team.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine questions; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service to resolve issues.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and other admin tasks.
• Keep organized files for contracts, quotes, and customer communications.
