Qualifications

• Entry-level Inside Sales Assistant supporting sales operations and customer service.
• On-site role assisting Account Executives and Sales Representatives with orders, quotes, CRM upkeep and scheduling.
• Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and track customer orders and quotes.
• Maintain and update customer and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers on order status and inquiries.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for sales staff.
• Prepare sales materials and reports to support sales.
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks for the sales pipeline.
