Job Summary

ProComp is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Assistant to support our Sales team. This entry-level, on-site role is focused on helping Account Executives and Sales Representatives run an efficient sales process — handling order processing, quote preparation, CRM upkeep, customer follow-up, and scheduling. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in sales operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and track customer orders and quotes accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and update customer and opportunity records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers on order status, quote requests, and general inquiries.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for Account Executives and Sales Representatives.
• Prepare sales materials, reports, and documentation to support the sales team.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine customer questions, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments (operations, finance, customer service) to resolve order or account issues.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks that support the sales pipeline.
• Help maintain organized, accurate files for contracts, quotes, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

The minimum starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00. Actual starting pay may be higher based on

the candidate's experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical insurance and paid time off.
