Antelope is seeking a Director of Sales Operations and Analytics to build and oversee its commercial trade and analytics infrastructure. The role focuses on Confido TPM governance, promotional ROI, and integrating customer trade data into core planning processes as Antelope scales its portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CPG Revenue Management, Sales Analytics, or Trade Finance.
• Deep technical and functional expertise with TPM systems, distributor/retailer deduction workflows, syndicated data, and trade accrual logic.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial and trade analytics for commercial decision-makers.
• This is a remote position; candidates must reside in the United States.
• Must love dogs or cats.

Responsabilités

• Lead the deployment and governance of the Confido TPM platform across the commercial organization.
• Analyze promotional ROI and optimize trade calendars and spend across channels.
• Bridge Sales and Commercial Finance for accurate volume and net revenue forecasting.
• Analyze customer and SKU profitability to inform trade terms and channel strategy.
• Provide analytical insights on customer sales and category trends to support sales storytelling.
