Job summary

Antelope Pets is seeking a Director of Sales Operations and Analytics to lead trade analytics and governance for a remote-ready, US-based team. This role focuses on TPM deployment, promotional ROI, and integrating trade data into core financial planning as the brand portfolio grows.

You will collaborate with Sales and Commercial Finance to forecast volume and net revenue, analyze customer margins, and maintain price master files across Mass, Independent Pet, and E‑Commerce channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CPG Revenue Management, Sales Analytics, or Trade Finance.
• Deep technical and functional expertise with TPM systems, distributor/retailer deduction workflows, syndicated data, and trade accrual logic.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial analytics for commercial decision-makers.
• This is a remote position; candidates must reside in the United States.
• Must love dogs or cats.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial deployment and field adoption of the Confido TPM platform, ensuring trade spend inputs, distributor deduction workflows, and accrual tracking align with financial controls.
• Evaluate historical and forward-looking promotional effectiveness to optimize promotional calendars across channels.
• Act as the analytical bridge between Sales and Commercial Finance to ensure accurate volume and net revenue forecasting.
• Analyze customer and SKU profitability to support trade rate setting and channel strategy across Mass, Independent Pet, and E‑Commerce channels.
• Own and maintain master price lists across all channels and customers, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely updates.
