Job summary
Q’Apel Medical, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Commercial Analytics & Operations to lead analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support for our commercial organization. The role partners with sales leadership to translate data into actionable insights and scalable processes.
The ideal candidate will own dashboards, KPI governance, and planning activities, while collaborating with Salesforce and data teams to ensure accuracy and timely analyses across regions and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Experience developing recurring reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization skills.
- Salesforce familiarity or ability to work with a Salesforce administrator.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring commercial reports, dashboards, and scorecards across KPIs.
- Reconcile data sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Prepare for quarterly business reviews and leadership meetings with charts.
- Support quota development, territory design, and resource allocation.
- Improve processes by partnering with cross-functional teams.
