Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Sales Operations and Analytics Associate to support the Commercial organization from a remote location in the United States. You will develop dashboards, drive forecasting and optimize CRM data governance to enable data‑driven decisions.

You will work with Business Development, Finance, Marketing and Operations, applying Salesforce expertise to reporting, data quality and process improvements. Strong Excel, Power BI and Tableau skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM administration or business analytics.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce and commercial reporting processes.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports and performance metrics for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Understanding of CRM data governance, data quality standards and process compliance.
• Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance reviews.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and commercial reporting for Business Development and Leadership.
• Analyze pipeline, forecasting, bookings, conversions and performance trends to provide actionable business insights.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting that supports strategic decision‑making.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps through data analysis.
• Utilize Salesforce, Excel, Power BI and other BI tools to improve reporting and visibility.
• Serve as a key Salesforce resource supporting Business Development and Commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows and system enhancements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
• Support CRM projects including testing, integrations, user administration and data migrations.
