Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, account finance, or trade finance.
• Strong experience with account-level P&L management and trade spend analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to present to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain account-level P&L for key retail and regional accounts.
• Provide regular financial performance reporting to Sales and Leadership teams.
• Analyze sell-through, sell-in, and inventory data to identify financial impacts.
• Monitor and report on account profitability across retail and regional channels.
• Track and analyze trade spend and promotional investments by account with ROI focus.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Marketing, and Supply Chain to assess financial implications.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for retail and regional accounts.
• Build financial forecast models and provide variance analyses.
