Job summary

Verintis is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will analyze sales data, optimize processes, and provide insights to improve performance and efficiency in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and product to forecast, report on key metrics, and ensure CRM data integrity. Strong Excel, BI tools and Salesforce experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of data analytics/finance/economics, with at least 2 years in SaaS.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Update weekly and monthly pipeline, bookings and key metrics reports.
• Develop dashboards and reports on sales performance metrics.
• Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales cycle length.
• Support forecasting with historical data and market trends.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting tools.
