BILL is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in the United States. You will own end-to-end sales workflows, optimize tools like Salesforce and LeanData, and deliver dashboards and analyses that drive critical decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in revenue, sales, or business ops with ownership of workflows.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting, dashboards, admin.
• Strong CRM data governance & hygiene.
• Ability to design, document, and improve scalable processes.
• Proven cross-functional partnership with leadership.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational workflows including reporting and governance.
• Administer and improve GTM tooling; configure and maintain CRM tools.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI views.
• Analyze operational data and turn into actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-ready presentations for Sales leadership.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BizTech.
