Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a Sales Administrator to support our direct sales team. You will manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution, maintain rebate programs, and ensure accurate documentation and cross-departmental communication.

You will coordinate with Sales, Client Relations, Engineering, and external stakeholders, prepare state submissions, and handle rebate extensions and payments, contributing to accurate reporting and timely closes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related support role.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research commercial and residential properties to identify key decision-makers and support business development.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking using Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and other platforms.
• Assist the Sales and Client Relations teams with contract administration, document management, reporting, and other sales support functions.
• Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and external stakeholders, including participation in project calls and site visits.
• Prepare correspondence with state organizations and manage rebate submissions, extension requests, and related program documentation.
