Job summary

MRoads is looking for an entry-level Operations Analyst in Reno, Nevada. This position involves maintaining the High Value Account Management team’s operations, managing account lists, and simplifying workflows for front-line Account Managers.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Salesforce team, generate key reports, and ensure operational rigor as part of a new sales team. Experience with CRM systems and data management skills will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations and CRM/database management.
• Ability to generate reports in Excel consistently.
• Skills in maintaining account lists and reassigning accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operation of High Value Account Management team.
• Run key reports to track AM activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Simplify workflows for frontline Account Managers using data.
